Meet Our Firm

Melissa Granger grew up in Laredo, Texas. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. She went to undergraduate school at Texas A&M International University. She then went on to attend law school at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law and graduated in May of 2021. She was licensed to practice law in Texas in October of 2021. Her primary practice has been family law in Travis, Hays, Williamson, and Bastrop Counties. She is passionate about helping her clients navigate the complexities of the legal world. Melissa is a fierce advocate for her clients and this has proven to be her greatest strength in the courtroom. She is happy to help with all types of legal representation ranging from uncontested/contested divorces and prenuptial agreements to complex custody disputes. Oftentimes, when a client comes to her with a family law matter, they are going through one of the most difficult items in their life. Melissa is honored to walk with them on that journey.

Travis Granger grew up in Dripping Springs, Texas. He attended law school at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law and graduated in May of 2021. Travis was licensed to practice law in Texas in October of 2021. Travis prides himself on keeping tensions low and placing the stress from litigation squarely upon his shoulders. No stranger to confrontation, Travis refrains from unnecessary agitation to ensure your matter is resolved smoothly and cost effectively. In hotly contested matters, his firm hand will provide a sense of stability when the path forward seems daunting.

Erika Solar-Lezama is an Associate Attorney at The Granger Law Firm. Originally from Mexico City, she was raised in College Station, Texas. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and spent several years as a bilingual fourth-grade teacher in Manor ISD before pursuing a career in law. Erika went on to earn her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

While at St. Mary’s, Erika advocated for low-income tenants through the Consumer Protection Clinic and played a key role in launching the St. Mary’s Real Estate Clinic, where she assisted clients with estate planning and property rights. She also broadened her legal perspective by studying international business law and human rights law through the university’s study abroad program in Innsbruck.

Erika is passionate about advocating for children’s best interests and works closely with clients to help achieve positive outcomes for their families. She stays current with legal developments to ensure clients are informed of all available options. Understanding how overwhelming legal matters can be, Erika approaches her work with empathy and dedication.

Outside of her legal practice, Erika enjoys staying active, engaging in language and cultural exchange, and spending time outdoors.
